Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Benevolence LA! We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, make sure your item is in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase! Once you're ready to start your return, contact us at hi@benevolencela.com, and we'll be happy to provide you with a return label.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We want to make sure the return process is as smooth as possible for you, so please be sure to reach out to us first before sending anything back.

For all exchanges and returns, there is no restocking charge. Returns on sale products and gift cards are also not accepted. Certain purchases, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, cannot be returned. However, we are always available to assist you and answer any questions you may have concerning your specific purchase.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please let us know right away so we can make it right. We're always happy to evaluate any issues and find a solution that works for you.

If you're shipping merchandise into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without a justification. The same eligibility requirements apply – your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We want to make sure your refund is processed as quickly as possible. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
